Yesterday was a full day of signing over the pub, getting the keys and moving my stuff in... No where near unpacked yet but some has been done as we didn't open the pub on Monday. Today I've got a cellar mgmt course, more sorting and running around, team meeting at 4pm with the girls and then we open at 5pm. First day behind the bar with Grace, one of the girls. I've had so many lovely messages of support which has warmed my heart although there is the added feeling of guilt at not being able to reply to everyone!
